Your exceptional gift for storytelling beautifully honors the painful necessity of moving softness underground, validating how deeply it hurts when a collective silence leaves an innocent heart standing alone, Xiaobian..🥰🫶🏻

Priyanshu, the way you called it “moving softness underground” made me stop for a moment. 🥹🤍 That is so close to what I was trying to hold in this piece—not that softness disappears, but that sometimes it learns to survive by becoming invisible.

And I think the collective silence is what makes that transformation so cruel. Being hurt is one thing. Being left alone while everyone around you quietly decides not to see what happened can make even your tenderness begin to feel like something you have to hide.

Thank you for reading this one so closely, Priyanshu. You always seem to notice the part beneath the anger—the part that was still trying, somehow, to stay soft. 🫶

Xiaobian, I think that hidden softness is often the part that deserves the most care. 🥹❤️ Sometimes people notice the anger or the silence around the pain, but forget there is still a heart underneath trying to hold on. Thank you for trusting me with these deeper layers of your writing..🫶🏻

Priyanshu, that line about there still being a heart underneath trying to hold on really stayed with me. 🥹❤️ I think that’s exactly why anger and silence can be so misleading from the outside—they can look like the whole story, when sometimes they’re only what the softer part had to wear to survive.

And I’m glad I can share these parts of my writing with you without feeling like I have to make them easier or cleaner first. That means more to me than I can really say. 🫂

Xiaobian, i think those hidden parts deserve to be seen with the same compassion as the visible ones..🥹❤️ The anger, the silence, and the struggles often carry stories that are deeper than what appears on the surface. Thank you for trusting me with these parts of your writing and for sharing them so openly..🫶🏻
